RevTrak Torque Monitoring System

The RevTrak™ system developed by Pengo® is a torque monitoring and logging system using innovative technology such as MMC/SD data logging and Bluetooth to measure and record the helical pier/anchor installation. As the pier/anchor is installed into the ground the RevTrak™ system will compute the torque based on the preprogrammed specifications of the Revolution Series Drives and the differential pressure reading.

The RevTrak™ System is unique in that it does not requre any software interface to operate. The RevTrak™ system controller is preprogrammed with all the Revolution Series specifications allowing the operator to simply select the Anchor Drive model and the system is ready for use. All installation data is recorded to a MMC/SD memory card. This nonvolatile memory card can store up to 2 GB of data allowing for weeks of installation history to be captured.
